Shipping & Delivery

At WACS, every system is manufactured, assembled and tested to order to ensure equipment perfectly suited to industrial environments and customer requirements.

Delivery Times

The manufacturing and delivery times indicated on our website, quotations or order confirmations are provided for information purposes only.

As all our products are manufactured to order, delivery times may vary depending on component availability, production schedules, quality control procedures and transport conditions.

If your project requires a specific or mandatory delivery date, please contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm the feasibility and provide written confirmation of the expected delivery date.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, any delay in delivery shall not entitle the customer to cancel the order, refuse the goods or claim compensation or damages.

Shipment

Orders are shipped only after payment validation, manufacturing, assembly, quality inspection and final packaging.

The carrier is selected according to the destination, weight, dimensions and nature of the goods.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Upon receipt of the shipment, the customer or consignee must carefully inspect the packages and goods in the presence of the carrier before signing the delivery receipt.

The inspection should include:

  • the number of packages delivered;
  • the external condition of the packaging;
  • any signs of impact, damage, crushing or moisture;
  • verification that the delivered goods match the delivery note;
  • confirmation that no items are missing or damaged.

Damaged or Missing Goods

If any damage, shortage or anomaly is found, the customer must write clear, detailed and specific reservations on the carrier's delivery receipt before accepting the shipment.

Examples of acceptable reservations include:

  • "Carton punctured on the right side – equipment scratched";
  • "Package crushed – enclosure broken";
  • "Two packages received instead of three listed on the delivery note."

General statements such as "Subject to inspection", "Accepted with reservation" or "Unchecked" are generally insufficient and may invalidate any claim against the carrier.

Whenever possible, the delivery driver should countersign the reservations.

Claim Procedure

In the event of damage or discrepancy, the customer must:

  1. record detailed reservations on the delivery receipt;
  2. take photographs of the packaging, shipping label and damaged goods;
  3. keep all packaging materials and products in their original condition;
  4. contact WACS as soon as possible, providing photographs and a copy of the signed delivery receipt showing the reservations.

Failure to record sufficiently detailed reservations at the time of delivery may result in the goods being deemed accepted in good condition, without prejudice to any applicable statutory rights.
