General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTCS") govern all sales made through the WACS website, a brand operated by 3032 OÜ.
By placing an order, the customer fully and unconditionally accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2. Sales Restricted to Professional Customers
Products sold on the WACS website are intended exclusively for professional customers (B2B).
Orders are restricted to companies, contractors, system integrators, installers, engineering firms, distributors and other professionals operating in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, industrial automation, industrial maintenance or industrial safety.
The customer confirms that it possesses the technical expertise, professional qualifications and all necessary authorizations required to install, connect, configure and operate the purchased products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
WACS products are not intended for installation or use by private individuals or by persons lacking the required technical qualifications.
3. Products
Photographs, illustrations, technical specifications and product descriptions published on the website are provided for information purposes only and may be modified without prior notice in order to improve the products or reflect technical developments.
4. Orders
An order becomes final and binding only after acceptance by WACS and receipt of full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
WACS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of incomplete information, non-payment, suspected fraud or where the customer does not meet the requirements for professional customers.
5. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency specified on the website and are shown either excluding or including taxes depending on the country of delivery and the applicable tax regulations.
Shipping costs are indicated before the final confirmation of the order.
6. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by WACS, all orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.
The following payment methods are accepted:

- PayPal;
- Bank Transfer.
Manufacturing, assembly and shipment will begin only after full payment has been received.
7. Manufacturing and Delivery
As most WACS products are manufactured or assembled to order, delivery times are provided for information purposes only.
If a specific delivery date is required, the customer must contact WACS before placing the order.
8. Receipt of Goods
Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the goods in the presence of the carrier and immediately record any detailed reservations on the delivery receipt in accordance with the applicable transport regulations.
9. Installation and Use
WACS products are technical equipment intended exclusively for installation by qualified professionals.
The customer is solely responsible for:
- selecting the appropriate product;
- its installation;
- its electrical connection;
- its configuration;
- its maintenance;
- ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and regulations in the country of installation.
Before commissioning, the customer shall ensure that the installation complies with all applicable local regulations, electrical standards and safety requirements.
WACS systems are designed solely as an aid to risk prevention. They do not replace mandatory safety procedures, legally required safety devices, collective or personal protective equipment, or the vigilance and responsibility of operators.
10. Warranty
Products are covered by the applicable statutory warranty and, where applicable, any commercial warranty specified on the product page.
The warranty does not cover, in particular:
- incorrect installation;
- improper or unauthorized use;
- modification of the product;
- overvoltage or improper power supply;
- normal wear and tear;
- damage caused by external factors.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3032 OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to business interruption, production losses, loss of profits or any other financial losses resulting from the installation or use of the products.
The customer remains solely responsible for performing the necessary risk assessment, ensuring the compliance of its installation and implementing all appropriate safety measures.
12. Retention of Title
All products shall remain the exclusive property of 3032 OÜ until full payment of the purchase price, including any applicable interest and charges.
13. Force Majeure
3032 OÜ shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from force majeure or any event beyond its reasonable control.
14. Governing Law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws applicable to 3032 OÜ.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be submitted to the competent courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

15. Risk Prevention Function
Products marketed under the WACS brand are designed to assist in the prevention of collisions and to improve safety in industrial environments. However, they do not guarantee the prevention of accidents, collisions, property damage, personal injury or loss of life.
WACS products are intended solely as an additional safety aid. They do not replace mandatory safety devices, machine safety systems, risk assessments, operating procedures, collective or personal protective equipment, or the vigilance and responsibility of forklift operators, pedestrians or any other personnel.
The customer remains solely responsible for implementing appropriate safety measures, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, and maintaining a safe working environment.
16. Installation and Commissioning
WACS products must be installed, configured, commissioned and maintained exclusively by qualified professionals with appropriate expertise in electrical engineering, electronics or industrial automation.
The customer is solely responsible for selecting the appropriate products, integrating them into its installation, configuring the system and carrying out all necessary testing and validation before the equipment is put into service.
Before commissioning, the customer shall ensure that the complete installation complies with all applicable local laws, electrical regulations, safety standards and industry requirements.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of 3032 OÜ shall in no event exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.
3032 OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of production, loss of profit, loss of revenue, business interruption, loss of data or any other financial or commercial loss arising directly or indirectly from the installation, operation or malfunction of the products.
18. Critical Applications
WACS products are not designed, certified or intended for use in life-support systems, life-critical applications or any application where product failure could directly result in death, serious personal injury or significant environmental damage.
This includes, without limitation, medical devices, nuclear facilities, aviation, aerospace, military systems and other safety-critical applications.
Any use of WACS products in such applications is entirely at the customer's own risk and requires the prior written approval of 3032 OÜ.
19. Product Improvements
3032 OÜ reserves the right to modify, improve or update the technical specifications, design, software, hardware or functionality of its products at any time without prior notice and without any obligation to retrofit or replace products previously supplied.
